Speaking, listening, reading, and writing are the four sections of the IELTS test. You will always complete the listening, reading, and writing sections on the same day, one after the other, with no breaks. Your speaking test is often scheduled some days before or on the test day, but it can be planned up to seven days in advance or afterward. Your local IELTS center will give you more details.
